Provide excellent captioning service by captioning a variety of conversational topics in verbatim.
Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy.
Maintain strict client and data confidentiality.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to pass a typing skills evaluation with 35 wpm and 95% accuracy.
Must be able to pass entry-level captioning/subtitling assessment.
Possess basic computer skills.
Excellent knowledge of English language and/or Indian/International languages structure and content including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
Ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing and speaking.
Ability to hear and caption accurately in order to produce an effective output.
Ability to proofread and edit content according to client's requirements.
